Terms and Conditions for “Win A Workshop - Seussical Kids”

1. Organiser
   This competition is organised by BG Performing Arts Pty Ltd, [@bgperformingarts on Instagram].

2. Eligibility

   • Open to all Australian residents, no age requirement for participant entering the competition; however the Workshop Scholarship can only be used for someone aged 6-12yrs.

   • Currently registered workshop participants are eligible to enter, and if selected as the winner, they can transfer prize for a future junior workshop.

   • Employees of BG Performing Arts and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

   • Follow @bgperformingarts on Instagram or Facebook

   • Like the “Win A Workshop Post”

   • Comment (Tag a friend, 1 tag = 1 entry)

   • Share the post to your story

   • Optional: Complete form on our website (www.bgperformingarts.com/comps)

4. Competition Period
   The competition begins on Monday 2nd of December 9:00am and ends on Friday 6th of December as 5:00pm. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize

   • Full Scholarship to BG Performing Arts’ Holiday Workshop of Seussical Kids that covers registration costs, valued at $385.00. (This does not include any additional purchases such as script or Show shirt.)

   • If the winner is currently registered and paid for the Seussical Kids Workshop, the prize is transferrable to a future junior workshop.

   • The prize is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

6. Winner Selection

   • The winner will be selected on Saturday 7th of December.

   • The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

   • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within [1] days of the competition's end.

   • If the winner does not respond within [number] days, a new winner will be selected.

8. Data Privacy

   • By entering, participants consent to BG Performing Arts using their name and Instagram handle for announcing the winner.

   • Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for purposes related to this competition.

9. Liability

   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

   • BG Performing Arts is not responsible for any technical issues or delays in entry submissions.

10. Rights
    BG Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

11. Acceptance
    By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
