Kate Baxter

Kate is an award-winning vocalist and music director, vocal coach and mentor from Brisbane, Australia. Kate holds a Certificate IV in Musical Theatre and is currently studying a Bachelor of Music at the University of New England. From a young age coach KB has worked in the world of musical theatre. Making her stage debut at the young age of 7 in a production of ‘JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOUR DREAM COAT’, she knew that the world of musical theatre was for her. Coach KB started music direction with production on PETER PAN and since then has music directed ALICE IN WONDERLAND, SEUSSICAL JR, GREASE, SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL, CHICAGO, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, SPAMALOT and directed LITTLE RED AND THE SEVERAL DORKS AND CINDERELLA and is choreographer, co-director and producer of THE MAGIC TREEHOUSE. Kate currently works as general manager for Queensland's largest speech and drama company. Kate currently specializes in teaching primary and high school ages.
